At Hart & Co., our 100-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to give you complete confidence in your appliance selection and peace of mind in how it performs in your home.

We stand behind the appliances we recommend and the expertise that guides every decision. If your appliance is not delivering the level of performance expected for its intended function, we will work with you toward the right solution — so you can love it again.

If you're experiencing a performance concern

Step 1: Reach Out

Contact Hart & Co. and our team will arrange a time for you to meet with one of our appliance specialists. If you’re unable to visit in person, we’re happy to assist via phone or video consultation.

Step 2: Expert Review

We’ll take the time to understand how your appliance is performing in your home and review the concern with you. Together, we’ll assess settings, usage and performance expectations to ensure everything is optimised.

In many cases, performance concerns can be resolved through adjustment, fine-tuning or expert guidance.

Step 3: Love it again

If your appliance is not delivering the level of performance expected for its intended function, we will work with you toward the right solution under our 100-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee — so you can love it again.

Terms and Conditions

What The Guarantee Covers

Our guarantee is based on product performance, which means your appliance should:

Operate as intended for its specific function.
Maintain the expected level of reliability, efficiency, and functionality.
Perform to the standard you anticipate for a product of its type.

How It Works

You may exchange your product for one of equal value, or use your purchase value toward a higher-priced product.
If the replacement product is lower in value, we’ll provide an in-store credit for the difference.
We’ll cover delivery within the metro area.
We’ll also cover changeover and installation costs up to $100 per appliance.
As a first step, we’ll arrange for the supplier or manufacturer to assess the appliance, and their evaluation will guide the next steps.

Important Things to Know

The guarantee applies to products selected following a consultation with a Hart & Co. appliance specialist.
It does not apply if you change your mind on colour, finish, style, or aesthetics.
Changes relating to size, capacity, features, model tier, or specification preferences.
It does not apply to upgrade requests.
Misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
It does not apply to special-order or custom-ordered products.
The guarantee is not available on the following brands and ranges: La Cornue, CornuFé, Albertine, AGA, and Falcon.
Each product can only be exchanged once.
All exchanges are subject to supplier stock availability.
Proof of purchase and installation date are required.
